Worst service...STAY AWAY... 12/12/2009

The Great Expression dental center will hold you hostage. Once you start treatment with them on your kids braces, you are not able to go to any other doctor or received treatment from anyone else even with other doctors within Great Expression organization. We have had many problems with the Rochester, MI office staff. We were forced to pay fees that the office assigns to us. They will not schedule any appointments for the child untill fees are paid. NO CHOICE but to pay the fees in order to complete treatment. If you have time to waste, then this is your offfice. If you don't, then STAY AWAY from Great Expression. WORST SERVICE.\r \r I am thinking why the Attroney General has not started a Class action against them. If you were also affected, please post your reviews here. Let us bell this cat.
