Great Expressions Dental Centers Ponte Vedra

GO ELSEWHERE. The worst, staff, techs and dentist. Just problem after problem, i.e., cleaning techs didn't know how to clean; daughter left office in tears; office confused us with other patient; over billing; over scheduling; so many problems I tried to move to another dentist and the office refused to forward my child's records to new office unless I paid them off. Insurance company said they tried to get paid even when my child is no longer a patient...they are crooks and just bad human beings and even worse they may hurt your child...daughter at great dentist now and there are plenty of other great offices...(stay away from them if you have kids: they are shady...) more

The dentist is good, but great expressions is just out for money. Check the prices on crowns - it's double the usual. Not-so-great expressions over charges what the insurances will pay. I know my crown was $300 higher than the usual. If you have insurance great expressions will just raise their price to insure they get the big profit. I've never had a bad experience at any other dental office in my 50+ years, but this one is horrible. No one EVER answers the telephone. I did like Dr. Cherry, but now I am told she is gone. A few months back I showed up for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes. Finally someone came out from the back and told me the doctor was not even there and they needed to reschedule my appointment. No one had even called me; they just let mne show up. Now I have been trying to reschedule an appointment for three weeks. I have left three messages and no one has called me back. I finally called the Great Expressions office at Jax Beach (where I used to go; they are great and I'm hoping to go back there). She said she would call the office and get them to call me. That was hours ago and still no phone call from the Ponte Vedra office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. IT IS A HOT MESS. Pros: null Cons: null more
