RUN!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! I was convinced I needed two crowns and a root canal. Stupid, stupid me..Wasn't having any problems, should have gotten a second opinion. $$$ first, they said. Apply for Care Credit, they said. The one crown will turn into a root canal if I didn't take care of it NOW, they said. My crown fell out of my mouth within 2 hours of it being set!! After two years, and this office telling me my teeth are perfectly fine, and that I was basically an idiot! I'm now in the process of getting my root canal RE-DONE, my crown REPLACED because it didn't even cover the tooth. Let's not forget my daughter who needed a filling on her incisor. Let's just say we call it her ""little tooth"" So Thanks Great Expressions!! The worst dental experience my family has EVER HAD! more

Do not believe the good reviews, these are staff written. This is probably the worse dentist I have ever gone to in my life. Try it for yourself and you will regret it. They will recommend treatment that you don't even need because this is the nature in which they operate, out of greed and deceit. more

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! 12/12/2010

I cannot stress enough how bad this dental practice is. They use deceptive billing practices, are unsanitary, use dentists that have little or no experience leaving you at the hands of incompetent dentist. Went there and was told I needed crowns, and fillings which was a complete fabrication because their objective was money. I had gotten a second opinion and was told my teeth were perfectly fine. They truly need to be investigated for malpractice. more

Experienced the same as you. 1/13/2009

I am truly considering a lawsuit against these people. They told me the same thing that I had 6 cavities only to be confirmed by another dentist that I had none. The dentist that had put them in was very inexperienced, to date one of the fillings came out while I was eating and the others had to be sanded down by another dentist because she left lumps of filling material in my mouth. For your health, I would not recommend a dog to these incompetent people. When I attempted to call and complain to the Office Manager, she was extremely rude with me as if I did not have a right to complain about incompetent work done on my body. more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! 12/9/2008

I visited the Great Expressions Dental Office in Lawrenceville Georgia in June 2008. The dentist there had recently graduated from dental school in May 2008. She claimed to find 6 cavities in my mouth and 5 in my daughter. I never had a cavity before visiting this dentist 1 year ago. They filled two cavities six months apart. This however had me suspicious. I went to another local dentist that had his own practice and he did not see ANY evidence of cavities in my teeth or my daughters. I called the office and the headquarters about this and got nowhere. They charged me for all my records to be transferred to my new dentist and would not reimburse me after the new findings. I hope no one experiences what we have with this office. I would also suggest going to the states web-site and researching a dentists record before visiting them. more
