I had a root canal done at 11:00. The dental assistant indicated that she would call in a prescription in case there was pain once the pain meds wore off. At 3:00 I visited my pharmacy to collect my meds before going home. No one bothered to call in the medicine. I tried calling the Great Expressions office. I continued to get a recording and finally decided to try another extension. I was promised a call back. No one called and when I called back for a 4th time and asked for a manager she said the pharmacy had been contacted 15 mins before and made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I will not visit this office again. No one should be treated this way. more
