They are great! Nice people, super service. The best Denist in flower mound. I have been to few Denist in the area, and this practice takes care of me. If I ever have a problem, all I have to do is call them and they fit me in right away. Prices are also reasonable unlike other Denist I have been too before! more

Time consuming 10/20/2010

I never enjoy a trip to the dentist because it means I will jabbed with needles,spend alot of cash and walk away in pain. That I am sure is a common response. I must say though that my time is just as important as your time. The dentist was working on 2 to 3 other people at the same time as myself and at one point I sat waiting almost 30 minutes and with the fading of the novacaine (spelling...ugh) I required more shots to do the job. I think customers who are spending that much to be in pain should receive more personal time to be sure the job is well done and not hurried like cattle. I realize the cash flow must be better for the office but it is not good for the customer. more

Dont Go to Long Prairie Dental!!! 9/16/2010

They are absolutely horrible!!! There customer service, billing, and workmanship is completely unsatisfactory. Time to head to the Better Business Bureau... Oh, they already have a F ranking by BBB. Should have checked out Long Prairie Dental on the BBB before I wasted a considerable amount of time and money with them. more

Long Prairie Dental is a dentist office. 8/3/2009

I love Long Prairie Dental! How many people can say that about their dentist office? The office staff are incredibly helpful. The office is managed well. I have never had to wait more than ten minutes for my appointment and have even been called with the option to come in early. The hygenists are very nice and take their time to make sure you are at ease. The dentists are quick but throrough and very friendly. I actually look forward to my yearly dental exam! more
