The rating of Awful is an understatement for this company, this company is exactly what they call themselves, Great Dane there a bunch of dogs. Their commitments were never kept not even giving an excuse, If you?re in need of any type of Heating or A/C service DON'T COUNT ON THESE DOGS, they'll keep you sitting on the porch waiting, calling you every hour or two saying there on the way, then never show up. Communication with both there technicians and customer service people was very bad at the least. With the technicians calling you with an attitude and their service reps talking to you like they don't care. I urge anyone looking for their Heating or A/C to be serviced not to use this company especially if you have little kids at home; waiting for your A/C to get fixed in one hundred degree weather while you?re trying to keep your kids cool. I promise I'm not kidding the date was July 7th and July 8th, 2010 in Sterling Heights please check the weather.com website to verify. I
