I have gone to this location over a year. I recently went in and had a woman who claimed to be a "manager" cut my hair. She kept looking at the computer and asking me questions about which guard size to use. Apparently there was miscommunication because she SHAVED MY HAIR OFF. I came in with several inches of hair parted from the side and left with a half inch all the way around. My drunk college buddies could give me this cut with a dog clipper. Total lack of common sense and judgement. Beware... more

Nice Haircut 10/27/2005

I walked in, and was able to get my haircut right away. They were very friendly. The hairdresser cut my hair exactly how I wanted it done, and was very helpful with recommending products. She made suggestions without being pushy, and I ended up buying some shampoo from here. I will definitely be back to see her when I need another haircut. more
