My husband and I were looking for a daycare for our 3 year old little boy because we were both starting new jobs. All the day care workers and the owner went on and on about how they were so different that all the other day cares. I explained that there might be times when I came in late because of my commute. They assured me that this would not be an issue --- they would work with me (and gave example after example of how they helped other mothers.) We decided to give it a try. On my 3rd day at work --- the roads iced up after it started snowing. I arrived at 6:30 to pick up my son and thanked the girl for waiting. She said there wasn't any problem --- that it happened from time to time. The next day, I arrived at 6 (the time the place closes) - to find a bill for $30 to pay to the girl. I had not seen the owner in 2 days, so I can only assume that the girl wrote the bill out. I tried contacting the owner - to no avail. Finally, I called my husband and we decided that a late fee of a $1 a minute would not work with our iffy commutes. I called the owner to let her know that our son would not be returning the following week. She never called to apologize or explain why it was that they really didn't attempt to ""work with me"" as they said they would. So air a little caution when you go see the place and they say ""they will work with you."" And if they are lying about that, WHAT ELSE could they be lying about?
Pros: Has animals
Cons: Falsely advertised by all workers.
