Great American Real Estate Co

In my dealings with this area, this is the ONLY real estate company or agents that I would work with. The others are uneducated at best and do not offer any valuable advice or assistance. Ron always answered our calls and showed us properties and gave pertinent information about each one with our best interests in mind. If you want the best, then I recommend you go see him today. I have read some of the reviews on this site and the negative ones are not even close. Ii was probably either because someone was not qualified or is not capable of affording a house on their own. Ron was very helpful, disregard the negative comments often times others try to berate due to their own immaturities and self-issues. more

I think the problem with this site is that people come her to only talk about a bad experience. When the truth is I am sure if you think about it there is a few bad reviews on this site but think about how many houses they have helped people find and sell it out ways a few bad comments. My husband and I met with 3 people then I called and talked to this company and they were AWESOME! We knew NOTHING about buying a house and they helped us understand everything and did not use jargon. They ALWAYS answered when we called and took us to see a lot of houses. They made it seem like we were friends not just a client. Ron was the only one who came to our closing with us and helped us get connected with a great mortgage company. Even after the house we picked turned out to be a complete mess and there was nothing they could do to help us Ron still was a friend and listened when we had questions and offered to help with things if we needed it. I think if more people would comment on the good rather than always the bad this site would be better. I work in customer service and I know all the things I do for people that go unappreciated and are not acknowledged and I just wanted to let everyone know that they are awesome! more

I called Great American Real Estate today about a deal from over 10 years ago. They were very helpful. I was impressed with their quick, friendly response. If I was to move to their area, I would not hesitate to use them as my agent. more

The comment from Happy with our Home from Great American is a great one and I might actually taking it into consideration if it wasnt from the daughter in law of Ron DeCesare. She is married to his oldest son, they had no choice but to use Great American and of course they're not going to tell the truth about how horrible this company is. My husband and I went to Great American Real Estate Company to buy our home. Someone always picked up the phone including calls we made to the cell phone numbers in the evening & also on weekends. They showed us the house when it was most convenient for us. We were very happy with the service. We also bought a rental property through Great American Real Estate because we experienced great service by an intelligent realtor. I guess not enough happy customers post reviews. more

I have to agree with the other bad reviews for this firm. If you like them showing your property to people with no funds to buy even though everyone was to be pre-approved, never any communication, and when asking the agent what the marketing plan is they reply ""what do you mean marketing plan?"" this is the firm for you!!!!! They also have done some unethical things in my opinion i will not elaborate on until my lawyer has finished reviewing everything. Seller beware!!! Stay away from this company at all costs! more

we put a $500 deposit on a house .within 24 hours changed our minds. there was no fully executed contract .they refused to refund our money saying that they put the time into writing out the contract and we were never to contact them again. what jerks Cons: everything more

If you are looking deal with this agent, unless he is the sellers agent and the buyers agant, you are wasting you time. His only interest is getting the seller and buyer comission, even at the cost of losing the sellers money. There are plenty of good agents out there, this is the worst. His son is a total alcholic and is drunk during work and at the office. WARNING RUDE, LIAR, CHEATER. more
