These ""guy's at Siegel's are just amazing !!!! They really know how to treat a customer !!!! Briefly, I rented seven tuxedos at a National Chain Store in the East Bay on March 10, 2007 to be picked up on April 5, 2007. I gave them all of the measurements for the five out of town men, then my brother and I were fitted at that day at the National Chain Store. Paid in full and that was that. All seven of us came to the National Chain Store on April 5 to pick up our tuxedos; the tuxedos were a mess --- wrong sizes, wrong color vests, little matched what we ordered. The salesman at the National Chain Store told us to go to Siegel's as that is where they always send people when they ""screw up"" and cannot help them or for last minute rentals. So we telephoned Siegel's and they said ""don't worry"" come over now and we will take care of you -- I guess I was a little upset and not as nice on the telephone as I should have been. So seven guys of all different sizes showed up at Siegel's at around 5PM to rent seven tuxedos to wear in two days on April 7. A young lady helped us --- she measured all of us, went in the back and brought out jackets and pants for all of us to try on, then showed us what was available last minute.Needless to say Siegel's did it. We wore ""hip"" four button jackets with orange vests and ties that matched the bides maids dresses --- and Siegel's had it all. We pciked up the tuxedos the next day and everything fit right. They even had one of ther tailors on the spot do some minor adjustments. Unbelieveable !!!! They are the best of the best. I offered a tip to the sales lady and the tailor but they would not accept it. When we returned the tuxedos we brought the staff at Siegel's a bottle of champagne. I love Siegel's ....
