Grease Monkey

I've always had a good experience here, but there is this manager that works at this station that's very pushy and sleazy, always schmmoozing the women and trying to get you to do work you don't want to do on your car at the moment. The technicians, however, are diligent and do a wonderful job, so I wouldn't hold his behavior against them. But he just makes me nervous whenever I go over there, and who needs that grief when you're just trying to get your oil changed? more

So I took my car in to get a simple oil change. 30 minutes, 40 minutes tops, right? Yeah sure. An hour and a half with 3 different people coming in to 'upsell' me products and services, I am finally done. 70.00 bucks later I get in my car and find that a few of my valuables that were in my middle console are now MISSING! I immediately turn around and go back to the facility...but not to my surprise everyone at that place had dumb looks on their faces and acted so surprised. I asked to credit my card back because I wasn't paying 70 bucks to get ripped off too, which the manager replied...I'm just the manager. Hello? Damn right...but he didn't make it right. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BROKEN DOWN IN A BLIZZARD> They try to sell you crap you don't need, take their time doing it and then RIP OFF YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS and then act dumb about it! more
