We moved here in August and really enjoy living here. Our neighbors are friendly and we are getting to know the neighborhood. I'm not seeing the below issues in regards to drugs or mail issues. Some of our maintenance issues take a while to be solved but the maintenance staff is very nice & friendly. more

Pretty view, I like the fact that just out the backdoor I can walk around the lake and enjoy the geese and ducks. *Most* of my neightbors have been great and look out for one another. Mangement has changed a number of times, but the maintenance staff seems to be the same people and has been always very pleasant and trustworthy. more

DONT BUY THE APARTMENT 9/8/2011

the management here is awful Rent gets raised and you are not told what for or what your extra money is going too. you will never be contacted back if you call maintenance or management. Nothing gets fixed.You have to sign a lease early before your lease is up. People steal laundry from dryers. The grounds are filthy, roads suck going through units.Very small. Save your money and go some where NICE! At Grayspoint you pay for what you get. NOTHING. iTS NOT WORTH IT. more
