EXPERIENCE
Mr. Graves has been actively involved in Civil Trial Litigation for more than 16 years. He has considerable experience in defending and
prosecuting civil cases. Mr. Graves has over 11 years experience in representing injured Plaintiffs in complex matters including product liability, automobile accidents, and other types of person injury claims. He is a board certified civil trial lawyer and is recognized as a specialist in civil trial law by The Florida Bar. He has an AV Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbard which is the highest a lawyer can earn.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992; U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit 2000; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 1994; and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, 2005.

Wehle Trial Advocacy Award and Paul Barnard, Award For Clinical Excellence. University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida 1989: B.S. in Marketing, Dean's List & Honors Graduate. Other honors include: Golden - Key National Honors Society and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Also involved in The Association of Marketing Students.
