i had 1 1/2 weeks ahead to get a fillup, they sent me a bill for that date. but when i got to my out of town home----no propane had been puy into my tank. i called the office to ask why. i only got a run around. asked to speak to the manager but like i though he was not in.asked for the corp. number but i was told i was not aloud to have it. unhappy! more

Over Charge on my Debit card 7/15/2008

Yesterday I was "overcharged" on my debit/credit card by the Tuba City Office. I was so upset and disappointed. My entire checking account was depleted! And just by experience, I knew this would take a week to correct itself.! In the meantime, I have no money. I have over draft fees. I had bills being paid automatically, which may turn out to read "insufficient funds". What A MESS!!!!! I dont know who this new employee is... just that she needs someone to OVERLOOK her new duties. She was alone in her office, learning her job. more

Dealing with Titan 1/18/2007

Up until a week ago, I had been with Titan (aka Graves) Propane for over 13 years. I had nothing but praise for the company and in fact referred 3 people to them in the last year alone. However, I am in the process of writing to the CEO of Titan regarding the treatment I've received from a particular employee of Titan. I began having a problem with black soot over 6 months ago and asked for assistance from Titan. One of the employees was very helpful. However, the one that was rude, denigrating and belittling, was the supervisor to the decent one and as such, made life impossible. I won't go into detail here as it would take to long, but of course I will when writing to Corporate. In short, I had Titan come and remove their 500 gallon tank (that had 325 gallons in it) and I am presently waiting for a new tank from another provider. Again, I had no problem for 13 years until I had to deal with an arrogant, belittling, poor example of a man that works for Titan. Hopefully, they will be rid of him in the near future. In the meantime, all the referrals are also writing to Corporate regarding this individual and are considering changing to another gas provider. I have gone through hell since April of 2006 and it was only exacerbated by this individual. He is without a doubt, worthless as a representative of Titan. more
