They claim on their websitge to build their trailers with 95% on-time completion. Mine took DOUBLE the time promised, so put me in that 5% late category. The underside of the trailer was left bare, unpainted, ready to corrode.. Quality trailer mfr's ALWAYS paint the whole trailer, including the underside. Some welds were porous (defective) and left that way. These should have been ground out and done over. I will have to grind those welds out and re-weld them (do the job I paid THEM to do). The price quoted included AZ permanent registration with the new license plate. This is standard by all local new trailer dealers. After several months of calling to inquire why I had not received my lic. plate from DMV, I was told...."":DMV is just backed up, they will get to it."" """"We'll look into it"". On and on and on. Finally, I went to DMV, who had NO record that the permanent registration had ever been applied for by Gravely. I filed a complaint with DMV, who assigned an agent to investigate. Within a few days, I received a call from the agent that my new plate was now in the mail to me. It took from December 2010 (picked up finished trailer with temp. registration on it) until May 2011 to finally receive the permanent plate. And this only happened (I believe) because I initiated a DMV investigation.. I will never do business with Gravely again, and regret not choosing one of the other trailer mfr's around the Phx area..\r
