I needed flowers for my wedding. The owner made me wait a long time to speak with her. She did not listen at all to what I wanted but made me decide for three hours on things I did not care about. Then she charged me a huge price for things I did not even want. Working with the owner was a nightmare. Every time a customer would come to the store she would make me feel less important. Also, she pressured her sales person to sell the whole time and if she did not sell, she gave her a look right in front of me. The owner was sweet about it the whole time and pretended 'caring'. It was sickening to be there. Brides stay away from this place! more

Great flowers and service 4/7/2006

My partner ordered my flowers online through the military's AAFES shopping system. AAFES contracted out with Grassi's to do my Valentine's roses. Not only were they totally gorgeous and well-presented (better than some other places), they were promptly delivered with a sweet card. Even though the card was printed out on a laser printer (because he used the online form), it was still presented nicely. I would buy flowers from them. So would my honey :). I was very happy and so was he! more

Very kind and generous with great food and flowers. 4/7/2006

Grassis is a wonderful florist with a very generous and caring owner. They recently provided the flowers for my grandfathers funeral, and everything was beautiful. We also had lunch sent over from them, and they had the very best sandwiches I've ever had! When we were going through a painful time, Grassis made one aspect a little easier. I really do appreciate all they have done for our family. more
