PARTY TIME FOR THE WAITRESSES 6/18/2011

I took my son and daughter for dinner to the Canal location. The waitress took our order and dissappeared! After 25 minutes, flagged down another server. She said she would check, and then she never returned! 15 minutes later, I went to the register to complain. The girl there laughed, then tryed to charge me for the sodas! I said no way, she went in back, came back and said the manager said we didnt have to pay. Gee thanks. Summary...1 hour, no pizza, 2 hungry kids, a customer that will NEVER return or recommend them! It was like party time for the servers, with no management control! more

Only one fault 8/19/2010

First, this store is in Pickerington, not Canal Winchester as indicated. Been there 3 times. First visit was awesome...killer pie, great subs, and the chicken wings were the best! However, on my next two visits, the chicken wings were stone cold in the middle...the second time I sent them back. Too bad...if they could consistently cook them correctly, they would have a winner on their hands. more
