Everyone is so professional and at the same time make you feel like an old friend. I absolutely have only good things to say about Grapevine Dental Care; I am so thankful I phoned and made that first appointment. Considering the dental problems I have, I feel sure that the outcome of my treatment will be excellent. more

Service / procedure experience 12/30/2011

Never been to any medical office with such professionalism. Being a dental chicken, I appreciated the fact I had no pain at all during the procedure & very little after. Dr Coats has the gentlest hands I've ever experienced. Thank you all! more

My latest appointment went well, as always! Ashley always does a great job, makes sure that I'm absolutely comfortable, and always makes recommendations, and makes great recommendations for my oral care. Best service in a dental office that I can ever remember having. more

Six month check up and cleaning. 12/9/2011

As always, I didn't have to wait for my appointment and Ashley made me comfortable and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Coats came in and also examined my teeth. They are all very friendly and easy to work with. more

3 Crowns 12/2/2011

Dr. Coats and Angela did a great job with my 3 crowns and I was so happy not to have a root canal. Can't wait to get my permanent crowns and finish up the rest! more

First Appointment 10/19/2011

My experience was wonderful. Everyone was great. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 and I was in the chair at 7:30. Thanks again for a great experience at the dentist! more

Best dental care I have ever received! 9/16/2011

Dr. Coats and her staff are professional and extremely pleasant. The office environment is beautifully decorated and made me feel very relaxed and ""at home."" They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. State of the art technology/equipment was impressive, too! The dental treatment was top-notch and I was given many options for treatment based on my financial ability. Best dental care I have ever received. more
