Probably my favorite DFW festival every year. Partially because of the time of year, partially because it is on historic Main Street, partially because I just like the feel. It is a wine festival but they also have family stuff, it really is for everyone but is fun. I like it. more

A Main Street Tradition 8/21/2005

Grapefest is one of the two major festivals held annually in downtown Grapevine. While Main Street Days is held in May, Grapefest is held in September, which is typically the height of the grape harvest season. The festival honors it's namesake with wine tasting, wine crushing, live music, and other carnival-like attractions. more
