This place has never made me feel like my business was appreciated here. Don't waste your money here. I have ordered at different times on different days, and every employee is rude. They are all unpleasant and hate their jobs. I was told numerous times I would have a credit; NEVER EVER received it. They always lose the log of it. Even the owner doesn't care about their customers. He wouldn't even return my call after he said he would two times regarding an order that was wrong. Order here if you hate yourself and don't care what you eat, and don't want to feel like you spent your money at a decent ethical business. I ordered here for years; I loved their food. However, every time I ordered and it was messed up or wrong, I would call and complain so they could know and make it right as any other restaurant does. They always say they will record your name and credit you. However, whenever you call back to redeem your credit, they can never seem to find it. This, with the combination of the dirty store, unclean looking staff, and incredibly rude employees and management has led to me to never patronize this establishment again. It's too bad; instead of giving me the free $7 hoagie I was promised by an employee due to a mistake, they lost hundreds of dollars in future business.
