Top Notch staff, support staff shakey 12/15/2009

Some of the doctors I have seen threre are among the best in the areas, if not nation. Support staff including nurses are touch and go (mostly poor performers.) But, I wouldn't change doctors for almost anything. I tolerate the support staff because of the doctors. The billing is fair (if not low.) I have had 3 insurance plans, been seen there for several years, andhave never had a problem with bills. A+ Pros: TOP Doctors, reasonable prices-disagree with poor billing Cons: Support staff and old building more

I went in for a typical checkup. I came out being totally healthy but getting a bill for $840.00 just for a routine checkup. My insurance covered $475.00 of this amount but I was left with a bill of over $350.00. Pros: Easy access Cons: CHARGE EXCESSIVE to PATIENTS more
