I have to say that I am very pleased with the entire package that my family receives at Granite Bay Karate. We have been to other karate schools but have been utterly disappointed! This is by far the best martial arts school we have ever seen. Mr. and Mrs. Frampton are so caring and they put there customers first always. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door that everything about the school is centered around the customers. Mr. Frampton is full of energy and charisma. Mrs. Frampton is a delightful, beautiful woman. Together they have created a school that provides a warm, comfortable and inviting environment for everyone to train in. They are always thinking of how they can make the school better and how they can help there clients feel appreciated. Mr. and Mrs. Frampton are a wonderful team and it shows! more

Paul is a great karate instructor. Unfortunately, he is married to a woman who is very rude to his customers. Putting up with her is enough to make us want to quit. Does she not understand who pays their bills? Pros: Paul is a great teacher. Cons: His wife is rude, class sizes are too big, sparring instruction minimal. more

Mr. Frampton is such an energetic instructor! This is not your typical karate studio, we refer to it as ""old school style"" where the children are actually taught how to perform their moves. Our 10yr old daughter finally felt challenged at this studio and as a parent, I loved the way that Mr. Frampton and the other instructors took the time to make each and every child feel good about their choice to be there. Friendly environment, friendly people, I highly reccomend this place for anyone seeking to learn or improve on their martial arts. more

Paul Frampton is an outstanding instructor! My 7 year old daughter, who tends to be very shy, opened up to him instantly! The children's courses are outstanding. I also take karate at Granite Bay Kenpo. I love the adult classes as well. Mr. Frampton is just a warm, fun, friendly man. All of his students have a great deal of fun while learning!
