I moved to North Carolina from out of state and although it's only been a few months, I couldn't be happier with my choice of Granite Ridge. I viewed more than 35 apartments in the area and found this one to stand out greatly among the rest. The size and floor plans are by far the most spacious I found. It is in a perfect location between High Point and Greensboro, minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, bars, GSO, I-40 & I-73. While close to so much, it's still such a quiet and peaceful area. What I like the most however is the staff at Granite Ridge. They are extremely helpful, friendly and truly focused on tenants' needs, safety and comfort in their home. One call or visit and you will experience the same. more

Pleasant Surprise 9/9/2008

At first when my mom moved to this apartment during my freshman year in college I was a little sad and felt like I no longer had a home. Although when I came home for the summer I was pleasantly surprised with the apartment and really enjoyed living there. The swimming pool was alway clean and that staff was very professional. more

Vehicle break-ins 5/14/2008

There have been several vehicle break-ins in the complex parking areas around the end of April 2008. My neighbor's vehicle was broken into around that time. The local police sent the neighbor information about the incidents, however I have seen no notice from management. I have lived in the complex for almost 2 yrs and have no major issues otherwise.\r \r Beware Pros: Appearance Cons: Thefts more
