Tack Department 6/7/2009

Good: The tack department has been updated! They have a lot more English gear and it is to the front of the store instead of stuffed in the back corner, more spread out and easier to find what you are looking for. A comment about about the riding boots... The have a paddock boot in stock now not just for children but adults as well!. Bad: Would like to see some pricing on the plants.. Improvements: Store hours posted on the doors since they have different hours throughout the year!!!. more

Ciscoe Morris at The Grange May 31st 1pm 5/23/2009

I was just at The Grange Supply in Issaquah today and saw a flyer that Ciscoe Morris will be there Sunday, May 31st at 1pm. The Grange has really improved their plant offerings with much more varieties than they've had in the past. The employees are extremely helpful and also knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to attending the Ciscoe Morris event on May 31st there at the old Grange of Issaquah, which by the way, is celebrating 75 years in Issaquah this year. I even became a member for a lifetime fee of only $50 and I know it will be worth it, since they now have Member/Non-Member prices items throughout the store, which I have never seen before. It will definitely be worth it to be a member now! So I would encourage anyone to visit the Grange, especially May 31st at 1pm when Ciscoe Morris will be there! more

Nice, old-fashioned country store 3/6/2009

The Grange is a very nice store. When you walk in, it's like you went back in time to a little country shop. They have a large variety of feed, supplies, and tack. They even have clothes! One of the things that I dislike about the Grange is that they very limited English riding supply. When I went in for spurs, they only had one type that I could buy. I also went in for paddock boots, hoping to get a better deal than at Olson's, but they only had tall women's boots. They also only had two types of kids boots. But overall, it's a great place to shop. The people are nice and the stuff is nice. more

Love the ol' place 1/10/2009

I was in The Grange and was asked if I was a member. I said, "no" and found out that for only a $50 lifetime fee, that I buy a share of stock in the Co-op that's been in Issaquah since 1934. I really do enjoy going there. They have great, healthy food for my dogs and cats, horses, my birds and they have a great selection of organic garden products. This month, January 2009, they have all their clothing and footwear on sale for 35% off if your a member and 30% off if your not. It was definitely worth it for me to become a member for only $50. They even have product throughout the store that reflects great savings for members, so joining was definitely worth it for me. I also realized that they sell gas there, and their price is the lowest in Issaquah, other than maybe Costco. It's really easy to get in and out of there too. They even have a neat gift shop, which the cashier said they just opened. I would encourage anyone to go and find out what a GREAT place the old Grange is to shop. more

good supply of fertilizers, pet food and horse feed 8/16/2005

I got the Kellogg brand soil conditioner from this place at $6 per bale, which is much cheaper than other nurseries. They also carry some wildbird seeds in bulk but the price is not very good. They carry a lot of organic fertilizers too. Sales people are friendly and will help you load your bags of fertilizers. more
