Drexel Theatres are one of the great things about Columbus. They are now owners, or partial owners, of 4 theatres--Grandview, Bexley (Drexel East), Arena Grand, and Drexel Gateway. These folks have managed to continue showing high-quality indpendent films, mixed with some more mainstream stuff at the Arena Grand, without compromising taste. Great movies, great people, great atmosphere! Pros: atmosphere, people, film choices Cons: parking (sometimes) more

Where to go for Indy Movies 11/9/2003

I wish there were more theaters like Drexel around. One screen, indy movies, fair concession prices. It's a nice change of pace from the hyper-mega theater chains with stadium seating and 34 screens. If only you could eat pizza and drink beer it would be perfect! Pros: Local feel Cons: Limited parking more
