A little piece of paradise on Indy's far-northside 9/21/2007

As a 50+ adult who is taking riding lessons for the first time in my life, I cannot recommend Grandview Stables enough! The atmosphere is wonderful, facilities are clean, my instructor is excellent, the school horses are happy, healthy and ideal for us students! It is hard to believe that this little piece of paradise is tucked into the neighborhoods of Indy's far-northside. Cost was shockingly reasonable - I had expected to pay much more. There is a gracious, ""old school"" feel about the place that is tremendously appealing. If you are thinking about riding lessons, please visit Grandview - I think you'll be impressed! Grandview is a great environment for children and adults alike. With 54 years experience, the Renihan family has produced many successful students, several of which have gone on to become well known trainers with successful buisnesses of their own in the horse industry. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, the facility is wonderful with plenty of turn out, large indoor & outdoor rings, ""natural"" hunt course, even a 1/2 mile training track.
