Dirty. Run Down. Customer service NOT a priority. They appear to only be interested in gettng your money and not if you are happy and satisfied with your stay. I wouldn't even let my children in the pool or hot tub because of the conditions there. more

Great Price 10/23/2005

National Parks Resort Lodge is an excellent deal for a weekend trip to Pigeon Forge. The rooms here are quite large compared to others in the area. The log furniture in the rooms is a neat feature and helps you have the feel of the mountains. They have a large indoor pool and hot tub, gameroom for the kids, vending/snack machine areas, and each room has a private balcony. We enjoyed our stay here. more
