I bought a bat with the recommendation of 2 store employees. The very next night the bat broke on FIRST contact. I took the bat back the next day. Owner REFUSED to refund money OR give store credit. I told him that I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars in his store on bats, gloves, batting gloves, etc. And that he would lose me as a customer if he didn't at least give store credit. He shrugged his shoulders and said ""OK"". Needless to say, I am done with that store. It's costing me extra money to send the bat to the manufacturer, and my son is without a bat.
