Service department is terrible. Went there to get a quote for tires and installation, they told me about the promotions they were having and the service agent show me in their computer total with taxes was 393.00...I asked him if it was total, he said yes, no appointment needed, they would have it ready in a1:30 while I wait. I went home got my bike and back to the store. Get there and now that quote is 460.00 ??? asked about the 393.00 and they reply oh plus labor!!! What happened to the total ??? called the manager and he said it was just a miss communication, we will not do it for free, he didn't even offer a 1/2 way offer. \r So if you go to a restaurant and you look at the menu a price of 10.00 for something to eat, you order and get the bill...now is 15.00 and the manager said ... Well we didn't include the service or time to cook your food!!! more

Our sales person seemed well informed and was able to answer our questions. We picked out a Yamaha Vino 125 scooter. We waited a long time to get into the finance office (even though there wasnt anyone in the office with the woman). I couldnt test drive the scooter because I didnt have a motorcycle endorsement on my license. They said it was store policy. I repeatedly asked if I needed a motorcycle endorsement to drive the scooter on my own and the sales person said ""no, because you cant take it on the highway"" I go to register my scooter and guess what?!? You DO need a motorcycle endorsement for any scooter over 50CC!! Now on top of registering the scooter I need $14 to take the written test, take a driving test and pay to get a new license! I wouldnt mind doing these things if I would have known about them before hand. The sales person was either clueless or lying, neither are good options! more

I hate this place. Every time I go in, I can't get the time of day from anyone. Guess I don't look good enough for all these yuppy people. Not even in the gun department! I was looking at some of the guns for quite some time and the guy behind the counter looked at me like I wasn't good enough to talk to. Yes I am over 21. I'm 40. Also, this isn't a one time thing. I have been to the store 5 times with the same treatment. No More! more

Very impressed with the interaction with Sage. She is very professional and worked hard to ensure the proper financing on the vehicle. She kept me informed every step of the way and was great at explaining all details of the transaction. Employees of Grand Prix are all vrey approachable and friendly. Great experience!!! more

I just made my first motorcycle purchase through Grand Prix this past summer and thought I would put in a good word for a great group of guys. Two weeks after my last purchase ('06 TTR230), my salesman called me up to see how I liked it and asked if I would be interested in joining them for a fun day of trail riding up at Rampart. How often does something like that happen--with a salesman? Thanks for the great experience, guys, and all of the riding tips for a beginner like myself. more

I came to look at options for my first motorcycle. Chad assisted me and answered all my questions and was a great help. I didn't find what I wanted in your stock but he checked in with me regularly to let me know if they had anything new etc. He helped me do some test rides to see how bikes fit. In the end I found what I wanted from a private seller and even after that Chad checked up with me to make sure things were good. As a result I bought my riding gear from you and plan to bring my new bike to you for servicing. more

I've had my Yamaha FJR worked on three different times here and all three times were a good experience. They did a good job and the price was fair. Turn around time is good. Their shop is immaculately clean. Service is helpful and friendly. The accessories, etc shop is what you'd expect for a dealer - a little overpriced, but not more than any other dealer. Their facility is large and very nice. The recently started selling guns and ammo in the same location (but separate), which is a really weird combo in my opinion. more
