Grand Mitsubishi

Jason McDaniel, the Finance Manager, has rage issues. We drove 7 hours to buy a great looking and great priced car. Sales team was very nice and courteous...provided help and assistance prior to dealing with the finance people. When I was finally called in to complete the finance paperwork, they told me I technically couldn't afford the car even though I had a 750+ credit rating, and despite having already been approved for 0% APR . They then tried to make me take a deal which would give me an additional $1000 dollars off the purchase price if I took 1.9% financing, which in the end would have made me pay an extra $170 over the 48 month loan. They kept pushing this, until finally Jason McDaniel told me that, "*(I) don't know how the real world works...and that I have never been down this (finance) road before," essentially insulting me and my girlfriend. I finally asked for the manager, and Jason McDaniel told me that he was it (the manager), and I told him I wanted to speak with the store manager. He then became very upset and stormed out, still muttering swear words under his breath. Finally after speaking with the manager, Jason McDaniel was told to leave the dealership, and we finally completed the paperwork. Long story long, my girlfriend and I received a great car, at a great price, but were treated in an extremely unprofessional manner by a pretty boy, wanna-be cage fighter, who exemplified steroid-like rage. Keep these things in mind when visiting, and watch out for JD. more

I'm a divorce single mother of two. My credit after my divorce was very bad and money is always tight. After my 1999 grandam stopped running I was in scared to even try to finanace a car. I had already been declined on several previous attempt to finance a car. 1 salesperson at Elmhurst Toyota tried and was very nice to put me in a Corolla. After the manger ran my credit they both began very rude to me and told me I could never buy a car. The manager laughed at me. I we walked out the door another sales person told us to stop at GRAND MITSUBISHI. Thank GOD we did. They were extremely professional and got me a loan on a new Lancer which was much nicer then the Toyota. A young guy is one of the owners thanked me himself. Very impressive and kind.If need a car and have some issues go to Grand Mitsubishi. They are GREAT. more

I use them to service the Lancer I bought from Max Maddsen. Never buy a car from Max thier theifs. Buy at Grand it what I tell people. more

My husband and me had been shopping many dealers and we were impressed by the owner of Grand. He drove us himself in a Outlander and we did something we never do......We bought the Outlander the same day. Both the dealer and the store exceeded our wildest dreams about a car dealership. If you need a car try these guys out. more

I have bought several new and used cars over the last ten years. You get what you pay for. Most people only write bad reviews. I went to Grand they were very professional and we ended up buying a used 06 outlander. Guess what the check engine light came on 2 weeks later. I bought back to them and they fixed it for free. When I was in the sevice dept waiting room I talked to several happy customer who all had great things to say about Grand. Maybe this woman should give them another chance. It seems like she might bought her car to the wrong service dept. Everytime I have ever gone to a oilchange place they tried to scare me with bs a possible major problem. Quit going the Jerry Springer oil change place lady. Those quick lube place will rip u off not the dealer. more

I have bought 4 cars in the last 6 months from Grand Mitsubishi.....All were positive expiences and it seemed like they sell alot of cars. Everytime i was there they were packed. I read the other review and laughed. Wrong size tires, c'mon you were at a sevice dept that sell tires... seems to me they just wanted to sell you tires. Most reviews are written by the 1% people who are never happy. The internet gives these dopes the ablity to lie and spread their anger. I'm quite sure this Ramona69 is really a man with bad credit. I just wanted to le peopl know that I will send them customers ....You should too... more
