I bought furniture from this company in May under a free groceries promotion. It is now the end of October and they still have not honored it. The company they used to fufill this went out of business and Grand Furniture's way of handling it is to not return phone calls or fix this. Very shoddy customer service and a manager that claims he doesn't get any of your many phone calls when you bother to go into the store and ask him. I am now considering persuing legal action against them as I am tired of waiting 5 months for a answer or resolution. Makes me wonder what else they lied to me about................
Cons: dishonest business practices.
