I ordered flowers online, and about an hour after I pushed the last key, my friend called me saying that she had received them and she sent me a digital photo, and they were beautiful. There were a couple color changes, but they were beautiful, and I can't complain since they were sent out in under an hour. Ha. I am speechless. I wish they could work on cars. :) more

One of a kind 12/5/2005

I have had so many problems in the past sending flowers- I was so happy to find Grand Designs. I have family that live out of the country and I'm always satisfied that when I place an order, they're going to receive above and beyond what I order. I know what I like, and I like these folks. Found a very nice florist 11/1/2005

I agree with the reviewer who said that this is an old fashioned type of flower shop. I have been ordering with them for about 3 years and I have been thoroughly pleased with the results. They are just the sweetest people on the phone and the I have never received anything but glowing marks on the flowers that they send out for me. To Damon, Karen, Erica, Jessica, Sarah and Ray, please keep up the good work! Pros: Customer service, Flower design quality, Employees Cons: Not open Sunday more

I highly recommend this flower shop. I have been using them for almost 10 years and they have never let me down. Pros: Good customer service, fresh flowers, delivery on time Cons: could be open later more

Old fashioned customer service 7/30/2005

I needed to send a bouquet of flowers to a business associate in Cypress, CA and was refered to Grand Designs Florist. From initial phone call to helping me choose what I wanted to send to delivery to the thank you call that I received from the recipient, this florist will be in my rolodex from now on. Also, they are able to send flowers worldwide for a low fee. I think they are a ""Mom and Pop"" business and it really shows in their attitude. I can't give them any higher of a rating. We need more businesses like this company. Roy Pros: Friendly service, Great florals/plants, Worldwide service Cons: None so far more
