While this place obviously serves lunch and dinner like other restaurants, you'll find that it's oftentimes most crowded at 2AM. The place becomes packed after the nearby bars empty out, which means you may end up waiting a while for a table. The food, though, will satisfy that drunken craving with piping hot, quickly served Chinese. At that hour, though, there's a table minimum, so don't expect just to eat a couple dumplings. You'll be eating a feast instead.
