Worst

Buffet is good as long as it keeps busy, keep food moving. Service is unsatifactory. Rating one star, but food is good, so I gave them two stars.

Terrific place to eat 9/26/2009

Great salad bar. Terrific dessert selection. Salmon, crab and fresh butterfly shrimp. Best crab salad I've ever eaten. I've never seen such healthy (unfried)food options at an oriental restaurant before. I expected to be charged around $15.00 per person and was pleasantly shocked to be charged only $6.50 per person. Me and my husband eat out 4 times or more a week and have tried at least 20 oriental restaurants in the upstate. This is now our favorite oriental restaurant by far. Pros: Wonderful, healthy food options Cons: Did have to ask for a refill on drink. more

Food was fine, when I saw something move on the floor in the food area. That made me unhappy. I told it to them they seem not caring more

Poor service Great food 4/13/2008

My family Loves going to Grand Buffet in Seneca SC. It's close to home, they have great food, BUT they have lazy service, it is really awful, they don't pick up dirty plate. They don't refill empty glasses. That is for us. I sit were I can watch them serve others in the restauant, some they take care of right away , other they treat like us. Pros: Food, Ambience, parking good, quiet, Cons: service can be poor, it depends if they seem to like you or not. more
