Grand Appliance and Tv

I recently purchased a full kitchen of Frigidaire Professional Series appliances for my home and I highly recommend using Grand Appliance for your next appliance purchase. Not only was the sales staff knowledgeable, they were incredibly personable and friendly! They let me actually look at the around the store first without stalking me, and making me feel pressured into buying something. The delivery staff was top notch! They arrived on time were totally careful bringing the appliances in and out of my home, and their demeanor was very professional. They actually installed my gas range (the big box stores would not install any gas appliance). I could not be happier with my entire experience at Grand Appliance. It will surely be the only place that I go for all of my future appliance and TV purchases (I need to buy a new TV soon)!! Pros: Sales and delivery staff, price Cons: None that I can think of more

I just bought a new Sharp HD LCD TV and a Panasonic surround sound system for my condo on the north side last July. The sales people were friendly and quite helpful. They helped me choose a tv that was perfect and just within my price range. The delivery and installation correct and on time. This made my cubs playoff party a smash despite the cubs not coming through. Pros: Helpful Sales People more

Went to Grand Appliance and had a great experience. Price was $$ cheaper than sears and lowes, very nice sales person, delivery on time the next day. will shop here again when i need an appliance or tv. Pros: price, selection, service Cons: none really more

I bought a Refrigerator, from the Libertyville location; it took three different delivery time's to get the item in the first place, then less than 30 days after the purchase the item stopped working. I talked to the manager Lisa Young and she lied and said that they would replace the item four more attempted deliveries and still no replacement. I have talked to the operations manager, other store managers and attempted to get a hold of the owner who they all tell me doesn't take calls. This is the worst place to buy anything....for your own safety just buy it somewhere else. Cons: everything more
