The ONLY REAL Italian Deli in Salt Lake City - This place is like being home in New York! 9/3/2007

This is the only place in Utah to go to for the real Italian Deli experience! I came here from New York 14 years ago and was lucky enough to find Granato's. Top QUALITY and SERVICE every time! Pros: Granato's should give lessons on how to run a TOP QUALITY SHOP to other Utahns! Cons: There are no cons at this place! It is THE BEST Place IN ALL WESTERN STATES! more

Caputo's or Granato's? 2/3/2006

Depends where you are and which is the closest. These are the only 2 Italian delis in SLC worth going to. My house is closer to Granatos, so I go here more often. Prices and quality are very similar... more

Awesome Deli 8/25/2003

I'm from New York originally and Granato's makes me feel like I'm back home. The selection of meats, cheeses , and frozen items is fantastic. Service is friendly, and their sandwiches? Just great. Much better than the other italian deli down the street. Pros: Good Prices, Great Selection Cons: Not enough parking more

Bigger and better 6/27/2002

Sure, it's not quite as charming as the old days -- what with the expansion. But Granato's is still packed with good stuff from around the globe. Make your office happy and call in an order for sandwiches, then pick it up and you're set. The feta and olives are always fresh -- and the frozen pasta and sauces are terrific. One of my favorite stores 5/20/2002

Nothing gets me more excited about cooking than this great little shop and deli. The selection of olive oil and vinegars is impressive with a good range of prices. It's one of the few places in town that you can buy whole truffles (bring your platinum card) and the deli items are fabulous. Wonderful sandwiches and desserts to go. Next time you're ordering in lunch for the office, try Granato's. Pros: Great deli, Wonderful grocery Cons: Takeout only more
