Loved out time here 5/6/2011

We are moving to their sister property because of the townhomes that are available. We loved our time at the Gramercy and would love to stay however, we liked the idea of a townhome. more

Safe and Happy 4/29/2011

As I read some of the comments im wondering if were staying at the same apartments!!!! I have truly enjoyed my apartment since day one. I just moved from alta design distric in downtown dallas and believe me there were very nice and extremely pricey!!! But i decided the drive back and fourth to plano was becoming a lil to exspensive so i decided to move closer to work. I moved into Gramery On The Park Oct 1, 2010 and havent had any issues except for the fire alarms a few month ago.The PROS of the apartment is its in a great location right of the Tollway and George Bush and the livingroom,kitchen and bathroom are huge! The CONS would have to be the appliance here are not bad but there not great either. I would highly recommend this place ive been raising my 5 month old here and I feel 100% safe. They have police officer or security guards( whatever you wanna call them) walking the building all day and watching whos coming in and out the building and I grately appreciate that since I have a newborn. If you do decide to move here I would speak to cassandra she really helped me out alot with the whole moving procees I had excellent rental history but not so great credit and I was still able to move in with no problems........... So all in all this is a great place!! more

Greatness 4/27/2011

Having been at Gramercy for almost a year I have had nothing but greatness from the fine staff at the front office. Not only are the girls nice and pretty, but I would rank this staff head and shoulders over any apt. complex in Dallas, Texas.. more

Impressive 3/29/2011

These apartments are really nice. New and shiny. We visited a friend who moved in there and was impressed. They are tucked in South of PGBT and East of the Tollway. Really I was most impressed with the pool and nice common areas. more

"OK. First of all, I'm reading most everyone's whiny reviews, and they're just making me laugh. Really people'! Get a grip. If you don't like living here, move '! EVERYWHERE HAS BREAK-INS & RUDE TENANTS! Secondly, I've been here for over a year now, and I really like it. Yes, there are a few things that could be worked on; however, what complex doesn't' Positives: it's clean, management is pleasant & helpful, there is plenty of covered & FREE parking, maintenance is quick, the grounds are nice (especially will be when everything gets completely finished), I see cops driving passed my apartment all the time so I feel safe. Anyway, my opinion...I would recommend GOTP! " more

Happy with the services 1/28/2011

I have enjoyed my time here and the reason I'm moving is to be closer to work. I bet the property will look even better once phase 3 is ready and I wish the best of luck to all the office personnel. Thank you for a safe- relaxing time while I was here. more

I loved living here. 1/20/2011

I feel safe walking into my apartment at night I moved here in I will be moving to a new house. I've really enjoyed my time here. I am a single woman living on the second floor and I have not had any problems with burglaries. Also, I feel safe walking into my apartment at night because it is always well-lit and I always see security guards walking around. In all apartments you will have problems with outside noises and interesting neighbors, but I personally haven't had any issues. I love the location, because it's right off the tollway and just a short commute to downtown. more

There is a business center, valet trash service at your front door, my kitchen is huge, there is an awesome work out facility with cable tv on each treadmill (I save on gym membership fees), and the swimming pool/outside area is great. Office staff is friendly and always willing to help, and there is plenty of parking (covered parking too). more

Great Place 11/8/2010

It s sad more people post things that are negative then positive. So, I ll leave a positive comment, because I love living here and my apartment is great. I truly have enjoyed living here. I was one of the first people to move in back in October of 2009. My apartment is so cozy and it s got a huge closet!!! I can park in the garage or on the street. I don t have to take my trash out because they have door to door trash pick up. The gym is AWESOME and the pool is very pretty. I haven t used it yet, but it sure is pretty at night. The location is great and I love being next to Super Target, Super Wal-Mart, the Mall and right off the Toll way. I ve lived in lot s of apartments and this one so far is one of my favorites. I ve already signed a lease renewal and in 6 months or so I plan on getting a roommate and transferring into a two bedroom. Great Place more
