Major Improvement 2/2/2011

Although this garage has had some issues in the past the improvements in lighting have made a huge difference, very nice. The new lights make the whole garage look better and finally those ugly yellow ones they had before are gone. The LED is pretty cool. more

Horrible customer service!!!! Do NOT use this garage! 6/18/2009

It seems every other review agrees that the pay machine rarely works and today when I ran into that problem I was forced to go to the pay window at the exit. As I drove up all three employees in the pay window sat there and stared as they shook their head. Finally a man stood up and said there is nothing he can do, before even asking me what I needed! Pros: never had a parking issue Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE & pay machine more

Nasty people 9/16/2008

Worst customer service imaginable. Attendant Alma is always unpleasant. Their payout machine rarely works. They rarely have enough change in the drawer to make change for a $20 bill. Alma is rude 24/7. more
