I found out about Graham Tree Service when I called a friend of mine and learned that she was working for them. I happened to be looking for a tree service, so the owner came out to talk to us about our trees. Their response was quick. The owner talked to us personally. It was not a sales pitch; he was concerned about our trees. That was what made us decide to use Graham Tree Service. We have big Redwood trees, a Sequoia and a Cedar tree. The trees are about 40-ft. high, and Graham Tree Service had to cut off the old branches. There was a problem with one and they had to cut it pretty far down. Graham Tree Service did exactly what I asked them to do. They arrived not too early in the morning, which was appreciated, and they were done before noon. They also cleaned up when they were done. more

I decided to use Graham Tree Service after they trimmed an old tree at my mother's house. I had them trim 4 or 5 trees at my own home in San Ramon and they did a very good job. Their price was reasonable and they were flexible. They had me take a look at the work that they had done to make sure that I was satisfied. I appreciated this follow-up. more

I am very satisfied with Graham Tree Service. I hired them to do a major pruning and cleaning in my mother's backyard. What really made me choose Graham Tree Service was that they have full insurance for their employees, including workers' compensation if someone is injured on the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable in terms of trees. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they cleaned up very well afterward. They actually went beyond the call of duty in terms of the clean-up in that they cordially took the neighbor's direction when he requested that they clean up parts of his property as well. I highly recommend Graham Tree Service. In fact, I have already recommended them to my own neighbor and they came out and gave him a free estimate for removing a Redwood tree. W.B. more
