Called Lisa at 8am. She was responsive and had technician call me by 8:45am. By 9:15am technician and John arrived. They opened the double door and had me take out the cars from the garage. By 10am the springs, cables and rollers were replaced. The price was fair and technician and John was neat, professional and polite. more

Garage door spring gave way a couple of weeks ago, and I hesitated to call anyone about it because I've dealt with long delays and multiple callbacks with most vendors. Phillip called me back in about an hour, and arranged to come out the same day, which was a Saturday. He got here around 4:15 in the afternoon, cheerful and friendly, and set right to work. A little over an hour later, he'd fixed the garage door to where it works better than it ever has in the 10 years we've lived in the house, and charged a lot less than I was expecting the job to cost. Then he showed up ON TIME! Promptness is always so appreciated. We went over the garage door problems and he set off to work. An hour later, my garage door was fixed. Better yet, Steven took the time to explain what had happened, how to prevent it in the future and how to fix it in the future. Yes, he told me how to fix it in the future so I wouldn't have to call again about the same problem. AWESOME! He's also a local business owner, very friendly and honest. I, as a female, felt completely comfortable alone with him at my house which isn't always the experience.
