Best

Every experience I have had with Graffs is positive. They are honest, accommodating and super friendly. I totally trust them with our vehicles.

Worst

These guys were dishonest with us and also gave us very, very poor service. They are not interested in satisfying customers, but they will take your check.

Graffs is great! 6/21/2010

These folks have been great! Their prices are reasonable and have performed some minor tasks for free. We have been going to them for years and years. I highly recommend them. They call with estimates and the car always seems to be ready when they say it will be. We don't take our car anywhere else. more

Graffs Automotive Repair is not so good 9/17/2009

After repair was done that I initially took car in for the next day my radiator had crack/leaking when it was fine before?! Also they never called to let me know what repair was, cost estimate or when vehicle was ready...No customer service more

Great Service 1/10/2009

I also have been taking my vehicles to Graff's for 10 years. I am always impressed with their conscientious efforts to resolve problems quickly and economically for their customers. Very busy shop, appointment is best. more

Been going to Graff's for years 11/21/2008

I was astounded to read the previous review. Everyone has their opinion, but as mine is quite different from that other, I thought I'd offer it for comparison. \r \r Rick Graff at Graff's Automotive had done lots of work on our cars over the years and we've always been pleased with the work, the service and the value.\r \r My daughter had a problem with her Nissan Altima a few weeks ago and he got her car right in and fixed quickly as she was in a hurry to get over Snoqualmie Pass. Right now, an old Ford Explorer of ours is at Graff's -- and Rick has been super easy to work with. This is the closest thing to a neighborhood repair shop and he's been in business for years. THAT doesn't happen by chance.\r \r Note: l've seen our local firefighters bring their private vehicles to Graff's. Surely they could go wherever they want, but he's got a good reputation with them... and us. more

Cheap parts; terrible service 11/11/2008

Had to have a distributor cap replaced twice by Graff's; third time I gave up and took it to the dealership. They showed me the cap; as cheap and flimsy as possible!! After spending nearly a grand there, I strongly suggest to everyone to go elsewhere. Also very difficult to get them to answer the phone. more
