From the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left with new glasses, I was treated very kindly with the most positivity and respect. Everyone I worked with was fantastic, so helpful, and courteous! Th eye doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly and the opticians were the most helpful anyone has EVER been when helping me pick our glasses. I will definitely be returning AND recommending Graf Optical! more

Pleasant Staff 6/25/2012

Upon a last minute call when the office was about to close, the staff and Doctor Eric took care of my eye infection at the last minute. They are very pleasant people to deal with. more

Just to keep her happy 7/21/2011

We didn't have a scheduled appointment for our 4 year old, but she was determined to have her eyes examined to be like her brothers, and Dr. Tyler willingly checked her eyes just to keep her happy. Much to our surprise, the examination proved that she needs glasses as well, which we were relieved to learn before she starts pre-school in the fall. more

Heard good things 7/19/2011

Because he had heard good things about Graf Optical, he set it up for there. He told the staff that we were en route and depending on traffic, might be late for our appointment, set for 5 pm. He was told that the staff would wait for us, even past closing time. more

A blast 7/14/2011

Graf just helped me choose a new pair of hugo boss eyewear. I love them and believe it or not, I had the best time working with the guys at Graf. They are fun and make the glasses buying a blast. I haven't laughed while learning so much about glasses in one hour. more

Very generous 7/8/2011

I have been to Grap Optical and Eric Tyler has been very, very generous to myself and numerous others living in my house with a pair of free glasses. We received terrific service, a great selection of glasses, and very friendly customer service when we went there. Our glasses got to us in less than three weeks and we had an order of over 30. Incredible! Will defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a place to get their eye exam and great glasses! more

I had the BEST experience with Graf Optical in Roseville. The staff was courteous, helpful, professional and FUN. I got my order in a timely manner and I love my new glasses! wonderful service 7/5/2011

I had absolutely wonderful service. We had an eye glasses emergency and needed glasses repaired. They were able to repair an old pair, do an eye exam, and get the new glasses in less then 12 hours. more
