I'm a Realtor and had to use Stacy at Gracy Title because it wasn't my listing( so, not my choice). I'm pretty laid back but...wow - absolutely no sense of urgency with this office. Made it to closing and my client (who is not used to how title companies work) even remarked that there was something ""off"" with our closer. Her assistant Laurie was not very helpful. Will do my best to avoid this office in the future. more

BAD Service!!!! 7/15/2005

It's been a month and I still haven't received my deposit refund from them. They said that they mixed up the files, which is understandable, then I found out that they sent the refund check to the wrong address! Concerned, because I don't know what other sensitive info they may have sent to the wrong address. Extremely incompetent. Cons: Incompetent, Slow to respond more
