No one cares about this shelter. The poor unfortunate animals that goes in this shelter will be put to death. Chances of adoption is virtually none. Anyone visiting this shelter has two major complaints: No one is ever there and it literally stinks/smells. The two animal control officers are two old men that will tell you out front they do not want volunteers to help as they will just get in the way. This shelter desperately needs a major overhaul. It needs animal control officers that actually cares about animals and that take pride it cleanness. It needs individuals that will go in and start up adoption programs, seek out grant money to improve the shelter, to encourage volunteers to work/help at the shelter, to seek donations for this shelter. I would encourage anyone and everyone to adopt an animal from this shelter for you would be their only chance at life.
