Reading reviews about memories from years past saddens me, because this business is NOT associated with the ORIGINAL Cobbler Factory that was located at 33 N. Catalina. Don't be fooled. more

I love this place!!!!! 2/28/2006

I grew up in Pasadena and my dad used to take me here all the time. I moved to Orange County as a teen and have not been back till today....made a trip just to get a cobbler. Its still the same, the best cobbler in the world from a pasadena local favorite spot. Worth the 70 mile drive!!!!! Try Ricks Burgers on Walnut in Pasadena....there the bomb too!!!! Pros: Best cobbler ever!!!! Cons: Only one location but, im sure thats a good, thing more

Earthy & Delicious 6/7/2003

That's a description for the Cobbler Factory's Seafood Gumbo -- which they only have available Fri thru Sunday. It could also be said about the place itself, the smell of buttery crusts and bubbling fruit baking in the back nearly knocked me out. With the Academy 6 around the corner, this is an awfully tempting combination -- cheap double feature and peach cobbler! Pros: Owners are so nice!, No gimmicks just good more

Peachy! 9/14/2002

I've tried peach, berry and cherry (canned)... the peach is the best in my opinion. Down to earth and friendly staff. The Fosselman's ice cream is a plus too. Great to bring to a dinner party. more

All cobbler all the time 5/20/2002

""Factory"" is too harsh a word. Cobbler Studio or Cobbler Atelier would be more like it. Peach, cherry, apple--nothing wacky, no kiwi cobbler. This is just hot syrupy fruit topped with flaky crust. Even the smallest size is a party--the largest cobblers are an installation. more

The best cobbler I've ever had. 5/19/2002

If you live in Pasadena, you owe it to yourself to swing by for a cobbler sometime. The Cobbler Factory isn't really a place to go for dessert though. Visit on the way home from work or from the grocery store to pick up a still-warm (or hot!) pan. They typically sell 4"" x 6"" cobblers in the case. If you want something bigger, call ahead, and they'll make one for you. All flavors are excellent, but peach seems to be the specialty, made with honey and cinnamon. Pros: amazing cobbler, family-owned more
