Got Lashes?

I decided to get my eye lashes done after I tried several different mascaras that really didn't work. Lindsey N at Got Lashes does AMAZING work!! She always makes sure that they are just the way I like them. She is definetely a fantastic lash artist. I have had my eyelashes done at other places. Got Lashes is truly the BEST!! more

I love my lahes! I ave been going to Aubree for years and can't say enough about my lashes. They make my life so easy and I love how bright and big it makes my eyes. Aubree is amazing and I call her my lash goddess. She really has it down to a science, and I leave loving them every time. more

I LOOVVE my lashes. They are amazing. I love not having to wear make up or put mascara on. I am a dancer so i spend a lot of time sweating and working hard, I feel a lot more comfortable with lashes than having to worry about fake eye lashes falling off or mascara running. Amber T. is my lash artist. She is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone looking to save time while getting ready and just over enhance their look. more

Amber T. is my lash artist and she is the BEST!!! She takes care of my daughter and I. She is very professional, yet very personable and so accommodating. I have had my extension for about a year and it saves so much time. I hardly wear makeup anymore. I have tried a couple different places and I really believe that Amber/Got lashes are the best. I?m so addicted! I can?t imagine life without my lashes. I had my lashes put on almost two years ago and it saves me so much time getting ready and I noticed I even wear less make up. I?m impressed every time I look in the mirror. Whitney B. is my lash artist and I highly recommend using her if you are thinking about getting lash extensions. Her knowledge of facial contouring and attention to detail make her an exceptional Lash Extension Artist. One thing to note, regardless of the types of lash extensions you get, they do take a few days to get used to but after that they are comfortable and very natural. Basically they are just a lash on a lash and fall out as your lashes fall out. The most important thing about getting lash extensions is to make sure you get a trained technician. I have been going to the SLC Got Lashes location for 3 months. I have no complaints. The staff are friendly and welcoming and explain everything they are doing every step of the way. There is no pain involved. It just feels like someone is putting mascara on your eyelashes. The salon is very comfortable. They have you lay back in a very comfortable recliner ( I would love to get one of these chair for my house!) and then have you close your eyes, place tape over your bottom lashes and then I take a nap. When I wake up, I have beautiful eyelashes. With any beauty treatment, you do get what you pay for. These are a little pricey, but I have no problem paying a COMPETENT person to apply false eyelashes SAFELY! more

Perhaps I had a horrible experience initially at ""Got Lashes"" because I got my lash set for free to help an employee train. The employee was nice enough, but I found the experience painful both during the extremely long procedure and after, when I felt ugly, fake, and I couldn't sleep the way I wanted to. Four days after I'd gotten the lashes I just pulled them all out out of frustration. I wouldn't complain too much if these were the only problems. Of course I wouldn't go back and much less pay actual money for another set...but I would've kept my mouth shut about it. Beauty is Pain, right? It turns out a lot of other things are painful about ""Got Lashes"", too. I forgot my $250 winter coat after my one-time visit and since I live so far away and almost never go to that general area, I was stuck. I called for days and days (literally) to ask about my expensive coat. The first problem I ran into was that they NEVER pick up their phone--even when their online schedule shows that they are there. Second: when I DID finally get them to pick up the phone, they basically scoffed at the idea of sending me the coat. Third: I politely asked them to pin my name to the coat and tuck it away safely in their back room. The secretary agreed and after a few minutes she said she was ""in the process"" of doing so. As I will show later, they did no such thing. It's been six or so weeks and I've been trying at least twice a week to somehow get my coat back. I finally had a friend pick it up when I heard she goes to ""got lashes"". And guess what? She just waltzed right in, saw it on the coat rack, and took it. No one even asked her about it. The people at Got Lashes had reassured me at least twice that my coat was safe--and my friend who looks NOTHING like me just went right in and took it. All in all, a poor way to win the respect of clients. I'm NEVER going back there. And, though this next comment will be a little mean, it's true: I don't want to get a beauty procedure done by a lady who looks like an alien. The owner of Got Lashes looks nothing like her picture--she's had so much cosmetic surgery she's not even recognizable as a human being anymore. And I refuse to take beauty advice from one who is so far from any level of beauty that she looks hideous. Pros: well decorated Cons: staff doesn't care about client, horribly painful, $$$$$ more

I have had them done with others & their work is incomparably better. Pros: Their work is the best, the studio is georgeous and they do well with pampering you. Cons: I wish the lashes lasted for a years! more
