My first review was a good first impression.\r Sorry to say, I will not use this service again. They advertised that there were no contracts. I only needed them once, and do not believe in living in a bug killer environment, so would only need them when extermination was obviously needed. They called me constantly, leaving messages, pestering me to have monthly treatments. When I told them NO, I'm not interested, the owner lost his cool & blurted out how they wouldn't ever service my home again. Well, of course not; I'll never call them again! more

First time we had to deal with pests since moving to AZ. They responded quickly, answered all our questions, and didn't pressure us to buy more service. We like the fact that they deal with a wide spectrum of desert pests, from pesty insects to scorpions to termites to critter invasion. Would recommend & would definitely use their services again. more
