I hired Bill Gorski after not getting results from another attorney. He and his staff were very caring and took a personal interest in me and my children. He is quick and efficient and doesn't mess around. He made it clear what was going to happen and because of how he handled things my case settled in just a matter of months. He was reasonable with fees and sent me an itemized statement that accounted for every cent clearly. There was no legal mambo-jumbo that I couldn't understand. He is completely trust-worthy and I have sent my friends to him and they have also been pleased. Definitely recommend!! more

Mr. Gorski would not return calls nor did he receive information we gave to his secretary being he could not return calls. There was no pretrial discussion of how the case was to be handled at all other than what was said at the intial visit and that was apparently forgotten by Mr. Gorski when he arrived at court as he seemed to be arguing the case for our opponent. Immediately after court we dismissed Mr. Gorski. He claimed he had been on vacation and did not have the time to perform properly. However, he refused to return any of our retainer that was to handle the complete court proceedings which was not done. A few weeks later he sent a check for $60 and kept the remainder of the $1100 retainer. We hired a different attorney and got results quickly.
