Mr. Gorney concentrates his practice on civil litigation. He has litigated real estate disputes, automobile accident cases, landlord/tenant matters, collection cases, and other business issues. While associated with Richard Kramer?s office in Oxon Hill, Maryland, he acted as underwriting counsel for a major title insurance company. For the last 25 years, Mr. Gorney has also handled title insurance claims for most of the major title insurance underwriters. He has been practicing law for over 25 years. His practice is primarily civil litigation with an emphasis in real estate, personal injury, commercial litigation, title insurance litigation, wills and estates.
