First off, I am very sorry to have to give such a negative review for any company in business, I understand how badly it can impact a business.
Items of concern with work performed the first time, and then after the second time:
Loose door panels (corrected the second time)
Loose & Bent door window trim (corrected the second time)
Rubber window seal not reinstalled properly (NEVER FIXED THE SECOND TIME - I FIXED IT MYSELF)
Crushed chrome trim that they damaged (NEVER FIXED IT)
Missing screw in chrome trim area (WENT MISSING FROM SECOND TIME BACK TO THEM)
Marks on cloth Door trim that they caused (corrected the second time)
Rubbing noise when opening & closing door (NEVER FIXED IT - I'LL HAVE TO FIX IT)
Dust/dirt in paint/clear coat (CORRECTED SOME, BUT NOT ALL)
Dirt and grease on front passenger seat (I CLEANED IT OFF)
Grease all over floor mat and carpet (corrected the second time)
Hand prints all over door panels (I CLEANED IT OFF)
The car should have never been allowed to leave the shop the first time, very poor Quality Control and lack of concern of other's property.
Items were addressed and gone over with the Service Manager (which is also the owner). In the owner's own words "We ....", "We'll make things right" - THIS NEVER HAPPENED.
If they have these many "quality" problems with the item I can see, I REALLY question the "quality" of all the other work done that I can't see.
I will never go back to their shop, nor will I give them a positive referral for business.

TAKE CLOSEUP "HIGH RESOLUTION" PHOTOS OF YOUR CAR (ALL SIDES - INSIDE & OUT) BEFORE YOU DROP OFF YOUR CAR TO HELP BACKUP ANY CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THEM.
